1. Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a professional mushroom manufacturer based in China with our own workshops and offices. Our brand Finc and Freshmore is very famous in overseas market.
2. How do you ship the mushrooms ?
We have 5 large muchroom factories in different cities of China which can ship fresh mushrooms through railway (Chengdu port), or by sea (Shanghai & Qingdao Port). Railway is mostly recommended. The mushroom would be loaded into the air conditioned container to keep the shimeji mushrooms and other fresh musshrooms stay in good condition during the transportation.
3. Where do u ship the mushrooms ?
Our company belongs to Finc Group, which has 5 sub-companies in Chengdu, Shanghai, Qingdao, Qinhuangdao, Zhuhai. We can ship the mushrooms from the nearest production bases to the appointed loading port.
4. Which type of mushrooms can you provide ?
We can provide fresh, dried type of mushrooms like shimeji mushrooms, Enoki mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, morel mushrooms and truffles etc.
5. What’s the minimum order that I can place ?
The Minimum order should fill 20 feet container. However the 20 feet container has the same shipping cost with 40 feet refeer container, so we recommend 40 feet refeer container for each orer to save your shipping cost. You can order different mushrooms in one 40feet container. We accept the mixed order.
6. Can you ship the samples before I order ?
Yes. If you need samples, you can arrange your shipping agent to collect the samples from our factory.
7. When can you ship the mushrooms ?
Our Mushrooms are all year round supplied. We can deliver the mushroom anytime.
